A Functional Nutrition Health Coach serves as your mentor, guide, and partner, empowering you to take control of your health by providing continuous support, guidance, and accountability. Together, we will establish realistic goals, cultivate new habits, and implement sustainable lifestyle changes to boost your vitality and well-being using a holistic approach rooted in functional medicine principles and nutritional science. Through an in-depth analysis of your medical background, lifestyle, biochemistry, environment, and diet, we will craft a personalized plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

 


 

Getting Started

FREE Discovery Call (30 minutes) - Virtual

A Discovery Call is an opportunity for us to assess your overall health and determine if coaching is right for you! Before the call, you will complete a brief questionnaire to help me understand your current lifestyle, health issues, and primary wellness objectives. During our conversation, we will touch on your health background, and I will ask questions to gain a better understanding of your situation and how to help you reach your goals. This is also a chance for you to share about your life, aspirations, and what has led you to this point. I will offer valuable insights on what might be hindering your optimal well-being – some of which you can act on right away! If we decide to proceed together after the call, you will receive information on the services and packages available, and together, we will tailor a program that aligns with your objectives, schedule, and budget.

Holistic Health Assessment: Defining Your Path to Wellness   (90-120 minutes) - In person or virtual

Embarking on your wellness journey begins with a comprehensive Holistic Health Assessment. This process involves completing a series of detailed forms designed to explore your medical history, lifestyle choices, dietary habits, and other personal factors including allergies, medications, exercise routines, sleep patterns, environmental influences, and interpersonal relationships. This thorough intake allows me to tailor our session effectively, and I may provide you with relevant research and educational resources to enhance your experience.

During our time together, we will clarify your health objectives, prioritize your needs, and establish metrics for success. Together, we'll break down your goals into manageable steps to create a robust action plan. Life often presents unexpected challenges, and we will proactively identify potential obstacles and strategize ways to tackle them. I will outline the support I can provide within my expertise and discuss when it may be appropriate to consult other professionals. We will also view setbacks as opportunities for growth, adjusting our approach as necessary to stay on track.

Following our session, you will receive a detailed summary of our discussion, additional resources, and a personalized roadmap for your wellness journey. If you choose to embark on a customized coaching program, we will collaboratively design a plan that aligns with your objectives, schedule, and budget. Alternatively, if you prefer not to commit to a program at this time, you can still implement parts of the plan independently and schedule individual coaching sessions as needed.

Follow-up Coaching Session (60 minutes) - In person or virtual

Once you complete your initial assessment, additional sessions can be scheduled as needed to review your goals, modify your action plan, and receive support and guidance on any new concerns or challenges.
