There's something that happens in a room full of people who are all just trying to feel a little better. A kind of ease that's hard to find on your own. Maybe it's the quiet relief of not having to explain yourself. Maybe it's the comfort of being held, literally or otherwise, by people who get it.
Healing in community can lower stress, deepen rest, and remind you that you're not the only one carrying what you're carrying. It can turn a single moment of relaxation into something that lingers, because you walked through it alongside others. You leave not just feeling better, but feeling less alone.
Come find your people. Come find yourself.
Discover Yomassage®, a deeply relaxing blend of restorative yoga, hands on massage, and mindful breathwork — all in a small group, fully clothed setting. No yoga experience or flexibility required. Just come as you are and let yourself be guided into deep relaxation.
I'm so excited to bring this brand new offering to Myotech Wellness Studio as a certified Yomassage® instructor. I'll be offering three introductory classes at introductory rates throughout August — come try it out and share your feedback!
Space is limited, so book your spot early.
Once a month, on a Tuesday evening, a small circle gathers at Myotech Wellness Studio to breathe, talk, and simply be, co-hosted by me and Robyn Parets, founder of New England Breathwork. It's an intentional pause in the month: a space for women to land in their bodies, connect with each other, and step back into their lives feeling a little lighter.
Robyn has spent over two decades teaching yoga, pranayama, and meditation. She is the founder of New England Breathwork, where she leads breathwork journeys, somatic movement, and nervous system coaching, and is also the founder and CEO emeritus of Pretzel Kids, one of the fastest growing children's yoga companies in the U.S.
We're currently on summer hiatus and will pick back up in September. Check back here or join our list for the next gathering date.
